THE GEL THAT HOLDS MY LIFE TOGETHER
It's amazing isn't it?, when you just be, not buzzing about "doing" or running a mental marathon.
It's phenomenal isn't it?, when you are so still and quiet both in mind and body that your awareness is heightened to a new level.
I notice the intricate detail of a leaf, my perception moves from a panoramic view to a microscopic view, my whole being entwined in the life of this leaf, feeling the pulsation of each cell.
And as I send my love and gratitude to every cell that composes this leaf, this beautiful plant, I genuinely feel this plant respond with love to me and its colour and beauty intensifies and deepens.
Appreciation and gratitude truly are remarkable aspects of love, for me they are the gel that holds my life together.
